Conscious Living with Lucy
Yoga
1-1 and small group yoga
I offer 1-1 and small group yoga so I can tailor yoga classes to suit the individuals I am teaching. I have undertaken various yoga training courses so I can offer gentle yoga, Ashtanga (a more dynamic form of yoga) and restorative yoga (deep rest).

I have been practising yoga for 20 years and teaching for 15 years. My main practice has been Ashtanga yoga, but as I am now in my 40's and a mum to a toddler, my body has changed as have my energy levels. As I move through different stages in life I practice more gentle forms of yoga, which support me in my life at this time.

This is the beauty of yoga. It is accessible to everyone and the practice can be adapted and adjusted to support individual needs and circumstances. I always aim to create a safe and nurturing space to support people on their yoga journey, helping them to establish a regular manageable practice.

Although yoga is a wonderful tool to help with gradually building strength and flexibility, it can also benefit overall mental and emotional wellbeing and some people experience it to be spiritual practice. It can help people feel more connected to the world around them. Yoga is a personal journey.
My yoga journey has led me to travel to India, Bali and Europe to practise and train with many senior yoga teachers. I have made wonderful life long friends through yoga. In my experience it has been a deeply transformative practice and although it constantly changes I couldn't imagine life without it.

My yoga classes are available as online yoga classes or in person yoga classes in Woodbridge, Suffolk. Currently I offer yoga classes in Woodbridge Suffolk from Ned Wombell Osteopathy, Vida.Haus and Market Hill Apothecary.

I look forward to meeting you on your mat and supporting your yoga journey.
